Do you need online meeting capabilities?

  • Zoom is offering free (extended time) Licenses for K-12 schools and
  • WebEx is offering unlimited access.
  • Google Hangouts also allows group meetings.
  • YouTube live is even used by the governor, and allows an easy way to archive recordings for later viewing.
  • See this ZDNet article for a comparison of many online resources.
  • Maryland school systems use a variety of online tools such as Canvas, which allow you to create interactive online classes easily, as well as others such as Schoology, Microsoft Teams and Google classroom. Have your school or district administrator request webinar support from MCCE if needed.
